Which sports will share the building?

Title formatBody

List the sports and training sessions, then choose which arrangements take priority. Put each on a drawing with its equipment and surrounding space before choosing the building size.

## Identify primary and secondary uses

List each intended sport, the level of play and the organizations or advisers who will confirm relevant requirements. Mark the primary use and any secondary uses that must also fit.

Describe whether activities happen one at a time or simultaneously. A training session divided into small areas is a different operating concept from a single event using the entire floor. Keep separate layouts for those scenarios.

## Plan around the playing area

Add spectators, team waiting, officials, coaching and equipment storage. Include movement between activities and the support rooms the business expects to offer. Have the design team review the full use rather than only the marked playing lines.

Ask suppliers to provide planning information for dividers, nets, goals and other equipment. Identify anything attached to or coordinated with the building so it is not treated as an afterthought.

## Test the business schedule

Draw a typical evening and a larger event day. Show how groups arrive and leave, where equipment moves and how the facility changes between activities. Record the operational tradeoffs of sharing a space.

Request proposals against the same program. If one concept supports a different set of sports or event arrangements, describe that difference explicitly before comparing its scope with another.
